We have full kids + youth programmes built into our Sunday services from ages 3+
First time? Make sure to register with a leader.
Each week we have a time of worship and a time of teaching from the Bible. You’re welcome to come as you are.
Some weeks we’ll take communion (an act that helps us remember Jesus’ sacrifice) together, feel free to participate in this. On other weeks we’ll share stories of what God is doing in people’s lives.
Our services are always friendly, encouraging and full of hope.
We’re a little off the beaten track in St Helens town centre. We’re opposite the Lingholme Health Centre on Atherton Street, just off Duke Street.
If it’s your first time visiting us in person, you’ll find a welcome stand in our foyer. Feel free to pick up a brochure or scan the QR code to help get your bearings around our building.
Our welcome team will be there to greet you, wearing “Happy to Help” lanyards if you have any questions.
We’re blessed to have an on-site parking, but you may want to arrive early to make sure you get a space. There are also disabled parking spaces and our building is fully accessible to people with disabilities.
If you can’t get a space, there is a small car park next to the carpet shop on Oxford Street.
Please be mindful of parking outside our neighbours housing. While permit only parking is not in effect on Sundays, we do not want to create parking issues for our neighbours.
Yes, we have a speech to text translation service available during the teaching. You can scan the QR code at the sound desk, back of church or in our ‘New to Church’ brochures.
Simply scan the QR code or visit clcsthelens.breezetranslate.com, set your language and read along with the teaching in real time.
Our Sunday Gatherings have full kids and youth provision for ages 3+. If it’s your first visit, please check in with a Leader to grab a registration form so that we have important details.
You’re welcome to access our creche for babies and toddlers which has a feed of our church service broadcast in there, but please note you will need to supervise your children.
We send a weekly newsletter out as well as a teaching recap called “Sunday Rewind”, which you can sign up to using our connect stand at the back of church, or by clicking here.
You’ll find any upcoming events on our events page, and any regular meetings on our communities page to get connected with.
No. There’s no compulsion to give here at CLC.
We do take an offering as part of our service as we regard this as an act of worship and so this is an opportunity for people who are part of our community to give into what God is doing here and across all of our churches.
If you would like to give, you can learn more on our giving page.
We get asked this a lot, and the answer is simply, yes.
Our church is open to people of all ages, nationalities and backgrounds and we hope that you will find a place to grow here.
